Self Assessment: Personal Tax Returns

Anyone who is in receipt of an income not covered by a Pay As You Earn scheme and who is liable for income taxation must complete an annual Self Assessment Tax Return. At Kennedy Legg we advise and help many individuals to complete this obligation each year, whether they are;

  • Sole traders
  • Income from business partnerships
  • Income from abroad
  • Non resident/domicile status
  • Stating their personal investment or share income
  • Showing their pension income
  • Presenting capital gains on the sale of personal property
  • Showing liabilities as a result of inheritance

In any of these cases a Self Assessment Tax Return will be required at the end of the Tax Year (5th April). If you need any help or advice with managing your Self Assessment tax return then please call our friendly and experienced team on 01305 264573 and we'll be happy to help. We can ensure you only pay what's absolutely necessary and make sure that you don't get caught out with unexpected demands and fines: make sure your tax affairs are in order and talk to our team now.
