The Receptionist role is pivotal as it is the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist has responsibility for welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the office.

Education Knowledge and Experience
- Level 2 qualification, e.g. (CSE grade 1, GCSE grade C, O level grade C) generally required
- Practical experience of administrative and clerical procedures
- Digitally aware and digitally capable
- Proficient in the use of computers and relevant software applications
- Strong awareness of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to operate business telephone console

Pay and Benefits
Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience and ability. Salaries are reviewed annually and we operate an incentive scheme to reward employees for the introduction of new clients. Other benefits include occassional team events organised by the Practice. Our most recent event was a corporate hospitality day at Bath Races, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
We also provide coaching and support for personal development and support for vocational training where appropriate.
Hours of Work
Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
Full-Time Employees are entitled to 33 days paid holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays in each holiday year, calculated pro-rata for Part-Time Employees. We close for holiday between Christmas and New Year. No holidays are taken during January as this is our busiest period. The holiday year runs between January 1st and December 31st. If the appointment commences or terminates part way through a holiday year, the Employee’s entitlement during that holiday period will be calculated on a pro-rata basis rounded up to the nearest day.
